These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the jillis platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wagers. By using jillis, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
21+ Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on jillis. This is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. Age verification is enforced without exception.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one registered account on jillis. Duplicate or shared accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.
Philippine Law Governs
These Terms are governed by Philippine law. By using jillis, you submit to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and acknowledge that PAGCOR's regulatory framework applies to all real-money gaming activity.
Responsible Gaming Obligations
jillis is committed to responsible gaming. Players have access to deposit limits, self-exclusion tools, and support resources. Misuse of the platform by vulnerable persons is taken seriously and acted upon promptly.
1 Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
- "jillis," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the jillis online gaming platform accessible at jillis.org.
- "Platform" means the jillis website, services, game interfaces, wallet systems, and all related features available through jillis.org.
- "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for or accesses a jillis account.
- "Account" means the registered profile held by a Player on the jillis Platform.
- "Wallet" means the in-Platform balance associated with a Player's Account, comprising real-money funds and/or bonus credits as applicable.
- "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback, or other incentive granted by jillis to a Player subject to terms and wagering requirements.
- "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer โ the identity and age verification process applied by jillis to Player accounts.
- "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful, on a self-exclusion list, or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform.
2 Eligibility
To register and maintain an Account on jillis, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law.
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your personal capacity.
- You are located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful and you are permitted by applicable law to participate in the services offered by jillis.
- You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, including any exclusion applied through jillis or any PAGCOR-administered exclusion program.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of jillis or any affiliated gaming provider with access to platform operations.
- You have not previously had a jillis Account suspended or terminated for cause.
3 Account Registration and Security
3.1 One Account Rule. Each individual Player may register and maintain only one (1) Account on jillis. The creation of duplicate Accounts โ whether under the same or different personal details โ is strictly prohibited. jillis may merge, suspend, or terminate duplicate Accounts at its sole discretion and may withhold any balances therein pending investigation.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to keep that information current at all times. Material misrepresentations, including providing a false name, age, or address, constitute grounds for immediate Account termination.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to use a strong, unique password and to enable two-factor verification where available. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. jillis is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.4 Notification of Compromise. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jillis support immediately via live chat. jillis will investigate and take appropriate protective action, which may include temporarily suspending the Account.
3.5 KYC Verification. jillis requires identity and age verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals above standard thresholds and as otherwise required by applicable regulations. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's Licence, UMID). Accounts that fail to complete required KYC within specified timeframes may have withdrawals withheld and deposits returned pending compliance.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Methods. jillis accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana. Available methods may change without prior notice. Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider.
4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts. The minimum deposit is โฑ100.00. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in your Account settings at the time of the transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. jillis reserves the right to conduct additional compliance checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit or that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. jillis does not transfer funds to third parties. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
4.5 Source of Funds. By depositing, you represent that all funds used are lawfully owned by you, are not proceeds of criminal activity, and are not subject to any legal encumbrance. jillis may request source-of-funds documentation as part of its AML compliance obligations.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 General. jillis may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Contribution rates vary by game type โ slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Full contribution tables are available in the relevant promotion terms.
5.3 Abuse and Manipulation. jillis strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting promotions through low-risk hedging strategies, coordinating with other Players to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct designed to extract value from bonus offers without genuine play intent. jillis reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where abuse is determined to have occurred.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal. jillis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes do not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in active use, except where required by regulatory direction.
6 Game Rules and Fairness
6.1 Provider Rules. All games available on jillis are supplied by third-party game providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Jili Games, JDB, CQ9, and others. Each game operates according to the rules and mechanics established by the respective provider. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules apply to the conduct of that game.
6.2 RNG Certification. All slot, table game, and bingo outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently tested and audited by the relevant game providers. jillis does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.3 Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or network interruption that affects a game session, jillis and/or the relevant game provider reserve the right to void the affected round and refund stakes where technically feasible. Winnings derived from a malfunction are not payable.
6.4 Disconnections. jillis is not responsible for losses or disruptions arising from your internet connection, device hardware, or the performance of Philippine mobile networks. Players are advised to maintain a stable connection before placing real-money wagers.
7 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using jillis:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in ways not intended for natural human use;
- Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, payment processing errors, or game malfunctions for financial gain;
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity designed to conceal the origin, ownership, or destination of funds;
- Colluding with other Players to influence game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or sports betting contexts;
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account or Account credentials to any third party;
- Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming as an eligible adult Player;
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform or circumvent security measures;
- Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses jillis staff or other users.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on the jillis Platform โ including but not limited to the jillis brand name and logo, website design, interface elements, text, graphics, game thumbnails, and software โ is the property of jillis or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws including the Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines).
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without prior written consent from jillis.
Game content, trademarks, and intellectual property belonging to third-party game providers remain the exclusive property of those providers. jillis operates under licence from those providers and does not convey any rights in that content to Players.
9 Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jillis's total liability to any Player arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform โ whether in contract, tort, or otherwise โ shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.2 jillis is not liable for: loss of profits, loss of data, indirect or consequential losses; losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform; disruption caused by third-party payment providers, game providers, or telecommunications networks; or losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where jillis has not been negligent.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits jillis's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jillis makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
10 Account Suspension and Termination
10.1 By jillis. jillis may suspend or terminate your Account at any time with or without prior notice if: you breach any provision of these Terms; we determine or reasonably suspect that you are a Prohibited Person; we are required to do so by PAGCOR or applicable law; you engage in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 7; or your Account presents an unacceptable compliance, fraud, or financial risk.
10.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for cause, jillis may withhold your Wallet balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms breach, jillis may forfeit all or part of your balance. Real-money funds not derived from violation may be returned after compliance review. Bonus balances are forfeited upon termination in all circumstances.
10.3 By You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting jillis support. Upon voluntary closure, pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course subject to KYC completion. You remain liable for any transactions executed prior to Account closure.
11 Responsible Gaming
jillis is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices for all Filipino players. The following tools and policies apply to all Accounts:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: Players may set loss limits that restrict further gaming activity once a specified amount has been lost within the designated period.
- Session Reminders: Players may set session duration reminders that display alerts after a specified period of continuous play.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Players may take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, login is disabled and promotional communications are suspended.
- Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for self-exclusion for a minimum period of six (6) months or permanently. Self-exclusion is immediate upon request. jillis will not knowingly allow a self-excluded Player to open a new Account. Self-exclusion requests must be made through the jillis support team.

12 Privacy and Data Protection
The collection, processing, and storage of your personal information is governed by the jillis Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By using jillis, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
jillis processes personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. Your information is not sold to third-party advertisers. It is used for Account management, KYC and AML compliance, payment processing, and responsible gaming monitoring.
13 Amendments to These Terms
jillis reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the Platform notification system or by email to the registered address at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where earlier effect is required by law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of the jillis Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material change, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Section 10.3.
14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jillis Platform.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jillis support in good faith to attempt informal resolution of your complaint. jillis will acknowledge formal complaints within two (2) business days and aims to resolve them within fourteen (14) calendar days.
jillis's gaming operations are subject to applicable PAGCOR regulations. Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
